Sorry for the blogging hiatus. I have been busy with realmoneymakingbodydraining work AND T just got a card reader for his working camera yesterday so I came as soon as I could.
Over the past couple of weeks I have been exploring new things. I made bread last weekend in the form of pitas and rosemary/olive loaf (not to be confused with oliveloaf bologna. Anyone else's parents buy that as "lunchmeat" when they were little?!). Anywho, it was good. I think I will continue making bread and see how all that works out. Sans eggs, of course.
I have also been reading No Impact Man which I will post about later because it/I will blow your mind with it. Hopefully.
Oh yea, and I wanted to show everyone my favorite household chore......Carpet Shampooing. If you don't have one, you should spend the $200 and purchase one. I swear it is so rewarding. This is why....
It's pretty much my favorite household device!

"How do you know?" said the old oak tree.
Ok, I can take a hint...I'll buy my own shampooer and quit borrowing yours. Besides, it's just weird that you own one and I don't.
Hey, can you wash the dogs using the shampooer? Might save time.
Your 'parents' did not buy pickleloaf - only your father did. And just last week he was mad when they didn't have it at Safeway....eesh, now I'm puking a little in my mouth - hate that!
Hey Em - I think you better check the TOS for the blogs - there may be a prohibition of posting photographs of certain things - like dirty carpet-cleaner water. I was relieved though, as I feared you were going to link your posted passions and tell us you poured that into a baggie, froze it, and used it later for a vegan soup stock base....
Hey, guess what ? I just saw a daffodil dancing with a fairy on a windy hill !!! (The fairy had a blossom of Daphne stuck up her nose, too, BTW.)
I just discovered your blog and I'm really excited. So much Emily Life I need to catch up on...
oh Gevan.
Holly, I am glad you discovered it, welcome. Hope you find it kinda interesting. :)
